To book your place at Oak Dragon Camp please use the form below or contact us by email for further details. 

 

Our normal method  of payment is via bank transfer. Bacs details for payment will be sent to you on booking. If for some reason you are unable to pay by bank transfer please get in touch with us and we will see if it is possible to arrange payment by another means. No payment will be accepted on arrival. Please help us by paying in full before the deadline.

Children under five are free. Please note we do not provide any creche facilities or supervise under 5s at any time.

 

Cancellation prior to a fortnight before the start of camp will result in a full refund. After this time it is at the discretion of the Oak Dragon trustees.

 

Oak Dragon reserve the right to cancel an event that is not adequately subscribed. Full refund is assured in such circumstances. Oak Dragon reserve the right of admission. Reduction of fees may be possible in the case of genuine financial hardship. Please contact us to talk about this.
